They sit right in the middle of having Aerobic & Anaerobic energy system demands. Which is the same for MAJORITY of sports in today’s world asides from the agility, starting & stopping... - SO what better way to improve my programming for athletes of ALL sports, than to take myself through a rigorous 6-7 month middle distance training programme.
